Mr. Gian Chand Dhawan, Chairman
With experience of over six decades in the industry, Mr Gian Chand Dhawan continues to provide the vision and guidance to the group. He has served in several important organizations like Wool & Woolen Export Promotion Council (a Govt. of India Undertaking), Ex-Chairman- Hosiery Exporters Association, Secretary- Hosiery Export Organization and on the Development Council of Woolen Industry. He is a trustee of Dayanand Medical College and Hospital, a leading hospital in Punjab and currently serves as its Vice Chairman.

Mr.Ashwani Dhawan, Managing Director
Mr. Ashwani Dhawan is a capable leader under whose guidance the group has cemented its position in garments industry and has helped the company tie-up with some of the most respected names in the business. He oversees all the manufacturing facilities from his office in Ludhiana.

Mr. B.B. Jain, CFO and Director
Mr. Jain is a Chartered Accountant and oversees all the group finances. He has been with companies for over 20 years and has been critical in the group’s expansion over the last two decades.

Mr. Aayush Dhawan, Director
Mr. Aayush Dhawan has been appointed Director and will look after new business development for York Exports Ltd. He has rich experience in working in a number of industries like Banking, Real Estate and Consulting. Prior to joining, Mr. Dhawan worked for Boston Strategies International in Boston, helping clients make critical supply chain decisions. Mr. Dhawan graduated summa cum laude from Babson College, USA with a Bachelors of Science in Business Management.
